Crispy "Eggo" Waffles

Servings: 10 Waffles

This is the Waffle Maker I used: https://amzn.to/3pA8GND

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 ounces of softened cream cheese

  • 2 teaspoon of baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup of almond flour

  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener

  • ½ cup of cheese

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.

  2. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat up waffle maker.

  4. Add cheese then add batter and more cheese.

  5. Cook until done.
