Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breast (1 Costco chicken)

  • 1 to 2 avocado

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 2 tbsp cilantro

  • 1/4 tsp cumin

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix avocado with lime, season with salt and pepper

  2. Mix in all other ingredients and enjoy!
