Asian Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
Butter lettuce
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 lb ground beef or turkey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sweetener or Choczero sugar free honey
1 tbsp minced fresh garlic
2 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 medium onion, finely diced
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
Salt/pepper to taste
½ cup carrot, finely diced
3 stalks celery, chopped in half circles
½ white onion, thick sliced
Garnish
Green onion, sliced need
Cilantro, chopped need
Directions:
On a pan over medium-high heat, add your meat and cook halfway. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add your chopped carrots, celery, onion, red bell pepper. Sauté until it’s translucent and soft.
Add the fresh garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sweetener or honey and mix everything together until it is well incorporated and fragrant.
Assemble the lettuce wraps!
Add some of the meat mixture to your washed lettuce leaves.
Top with sriracha, green onion, sesame seeds
