Air Fryer Egg Omelette

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs 

  • 2 tbsp bell pepper, diced 

  • 2 tbsp onion, diced 

  • 2 tbsp Mexican blend cheese (or mozzerella) 

  • ¼ cup spinach, diced 

  • Seasonings of choice (salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes)

Directions:

  1. Line your airfryer with parchment paper and add your shredded cheese on the bottom

  2. Now, crack your eggs and top with your diced bell pepper, spinach and onions 

  3. Add your seasonings of choice and top with cheese. 

  4. Airfry at 375F for 10 mins and enjoy!
