Turkey Unwich

Ingredients:

  • 3 large iceberg lettuce leaves

  • 3-4 turkey slices

  • 2 slices tomato

  • ¼ onion, cut in strips 

  • 2-3 cucumber slices

  • 1 tbsp mayo

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 1 tbsp sriracha

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 

  1. On a large piece of parchment paper, lay your lettuce leaves and add your condiments. I added mayo, mustard and sriracha

  2. Now, add the rest of your toppings. You can add any toppings you like! Sometimes, I love adding jalapeno to make it spicy!

  3. Once all your toppings are added, you’re going to tuck and roll like a burrito. Cut in half and enjoy!
