Easy Lettuce Wrap Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast or tenders

  • ½ red onion, sliced

  • ½ red bell pepper

  • ½ green bell pepper

  • Salt/Pepper to taste 

  • ¼ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp chili powder

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 

  • ½ lime, juiced 

  • Romaine lettuce leaves 

  • Avocado oil spray

  • Cilantro

  • Guacamole

  • Diced tomatoes 

Directions:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, season your chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder and 

  2. In a saucepan, spray your pan with avocado oil and on medium high heat cook your chicken until golden brown. This takes about 2-3 mins on each side. Remove from heat and at this time, get your taco shell ready. 

  3. Assemble your tacos  with your toppings - guacamole, diced tomatoes, cilantro. You can add sour cream and shredded cheese.
