Easy Crispy Salmon

Ingredients:

Salmon

  • 2 salmon filets

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Marinade

  • 2 tbsp mayo

  • 1 tbsp sriracha

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup

Toppings

  • ¼ cucumbers

Directions:

  1. Lightly season your salmon with salt and pepper.

  2. Make your salmon marinade and add to your salmon.

  3. Cook your salmon on a saute pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. Right at the end, add your maple syrup.

  4. Serve with veggies, avocado, sesame seeds and green onion!
