3 Ingredient Oreo Truffles

Servings: 12 pieces 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup Chocolate Vanilla Sandwich Cookies, 90% crushed 

  • 5 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1.5 cup Choczero sugar free chocolate chips, melted

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, add your softened cream cheese and crushed sandwich cookies and mix until combined. 

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This is where you will place your 

  3. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop your truffles and roll them into equal sized balls. 

  4. Set in the fridge while you melt your chocolate chips. 

  5. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave your chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until fully melted. 

  6. Take your truffles out of the fridge and dip them into your chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. Place them back on your parchment paper and place them back into the fridge until set. 

  7. Enjoy immediately! Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
