3 Ingredient Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings:

  • ½ cup low sugar pizza sauce 

  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • Pepperoni, or whichever toppings you’d like 

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.

  2. Add all of your ingredients for your crust to a blender or food processor and blend until thoroughly combined (no clumps).

  3. Using a pizza pan, line it with parchment paper and add your crust batter. 

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, your crust will brown. 

  5. Add your toppings and bake or broil for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Allow your pizza to cool, cut and slice!
