3 Ingredient Cheesecake

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1-24 oz container cottage cheese (low fat or whole milk)

  • ½ cup or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I’m using Flavcity - discount code “lowcarblove”)

  • 3 eggs, if your eggs are large, use 2 

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F 

  2. Add everything into a blender and blend until combined

  3. Line your preferred baking dish with parchment paper   

  4. Place your cheesecake in the oven and bake for 35-40 mins. You can use a 6” circular mold or square pan.

  5. Let your cheesecake cool in the fridge. When you’re ready to serve, slice and add toppings of choice
