3 Ingredient Bunuelos

Yields: 6 bunuelos

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup avocado oil (for frying)

  • 6 low carb tortillas (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • ½ cup brown sweetener 

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a pan, add your avocado oil. You’ll be shallow frying your tortillas 

  2. Make your cinnamon “sugar” by adding your cinnamon and sweetener into a bowl

  3. Shallow fry your tortillas on medium heat until crispy (about 2 mins on each side)

  4. Using tongs, remove from the pan, dripping off any excess oil. 

  5. Dip in cinnamon sugar right away, allow it to cool slightly and enjoy!
