2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1/4 cup plain vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup or honey
1 cup ice
Whipped cream
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully combined.
